What is Finding God?
Finding God: Our Response to God’s Gifts™ is a comprehensive K–8 faith formation program from Loyola Press that blends Scripture, Church tradition, and Ignatian spirituality to support spiritual growth and academic integration.
Who is the program designed for?
Finding God is created specifically for Catholic school students in kindergarten through grade 8, offering age-appropriate lessons that align with both faith and educational standards.
Are digital resources included?
Yes. Teachers have access to a wide range of digital tools, including lesson plans, activities, videos, and interactive content—all available through the LP Digital Library or instantly via QR codes found in teacher and student books.
How does it involve families?
The program includes optional family engagement resources to support faith learning at home. A separate Family Catechesis Program integrates with Finding God to help parents deepen their faith while supporting their child’s faith formation journey. The Family Catechesis Program is delivered over a four-year period.
Is it available in Spanish?
Yes. In addition to English, a fully bilingual version -- Encontrando a Dios -— supports both English and Spanish-speaking school communities.
